Can you give us some idea what the "real problems" are that you are referring to - last advice from a contact on the ground - not a manager etc has advised all was proceeding well. He saw how stuffed things were when he arrived and how it is now and says is very different - also says they now have the right people on the ground and have for some time now.

Can I ask do you have a contact on the ground there or are you going by past experience of some sort?
