Opportunities??? I think $0.023 is safe enough, if today was another 8% red down day, then no need to buy and kiss our money good bye, but the fact is it did rebound hard in the open, suggests to me that it "should" run back to the high 2's over the next few days. I think for someone with a short term view, at the moment it is representing an excellent buy. It is only my "two CER shares" worth.
