could be but i doubt a safehaven would best describe it otherwise half the specs out there would be "safehavens"
it aint got sizeable revenues, it aint got profits, it aint got mining operation up and running ( lots of capex to get there) so no its not a safe haven from market turmoil but does look promising in a rebound in 6 months so could be a good rangebound short term trade in the meantime utilising charts for entry/exit
