Totaly agree jct.As i look down St Georges terrace at the AMP building (NMS office)i see the revolving doors doing just that..constantly revolving.
The same at Woodside's office,who incidently has outgrown their new 15 month 20+ floor office tower yet again and are gobbling up every available office space to be had. Apache and all the others are burning lights every evening.
In case no one has noticed oil prices are sky rocketing Bush is in the Middle East and they are now talking of the biggest fuel crisis to hit us.The Chinese are placing forward orders outstripping Europe's demand and India hasnt taken off yet.
The demand is there,the product is there and there is opportunities to be made.
