being a teacher and engaging with a 15 year old....how many laws does that break and where did her duty of care go?
i dont want to bring up the classic "what if a male teacher did this with a 15 year old girl" but seriously, a $2500 and banned to teach for 4 years??? no jail, no criminal conviction?!
