Noticed an advert in the paper today (AFR I think) for Thales products :
"serving the Australian Defence Force since 1879"
I wonder who they are advertising to, and whether they are building a position of national credibility and recognition before any upcoming M & A activity here .
For those who don't know, Thales are a French co and once tried to do a licence deal with SEN but SEN chose Safenet due to its American connections .
