re: downramper rubbish I think some are a little too caught up in the affairs of Safenet. Safenet sell Senetas' stuff, but not solely. They have done it well and we get royalties which are returned to us in dividends or are used to Buy Back shares, because SEN have no debt.
Safenet are involved in corporate complience issues as far as I can see, but are not going out of business.

In regards to recent selling, perhaps it is Safenet or parties associated with them that have been selling shares. Perhaps they had contemplated, and were persuing a TO plan previously.
Anyway, it has been made cheap because of excessive selling.
I cannot dipute the TA predicted by other posters because I certainly did not believe it would be this cheap again. I have bought shares higher up as well as around here, and am still holding them. I think the sp will recover and I can wait.

BTW, the selling is also bound to have an associated loss taking agenda, due to the upcoming end of financial year, and general market correction.
