It's a matter of time b4 Senetas will b a t/o target....but first they have to finalised with Safenet which means they need to have at least 92% holding then only can they have a compulsory t/o( probably completed in a couple of mths) which will give enough time for JB to concentrate on securing this Swift deal which will put the companty in a very strong negotiating position for a top price!! With 8000 outlets , say approximately 2 machines an outlet and each piece could cost $50k to $ 100k my rough calculation = 16000 by say $60k = $960,000,000 over maybe 4 yrs and 22% (approx $200 mill comes back to Sen ie $ 50 mill a year which gives abt $0.10 profit p/sh and base on a PE of 12? the sp shld be abt $ 1.20 for a fair t/o ?? I'm suer the management will know hoe to negotiate on b/h of the l/t and loyal s/holders) just hang on...I sincerely hope this will happen for all our sakes including Jiggys!!! it's never too late to convert for the -ve rampers!! Pls DYOR, the calculations above are just based on my theory and wish ful thinking plus I did fail my Maths in primary school so do not take this as an advice to buy.
