Nuget is an add-in platform for Visual Studio that enables developers to continuously synchronise (New-Get) the components of their projects. A Nuget package download will generally consist of assemblies, image and CSS files and the like. Without knowing the associated documentation one cannot know what the intent of this specific package is as the assembly will just be a binary. The Covata developers are likely using Nuget to share builds amongst themselves.
