..in fact, ARQ is ADI, i.e. ADI is an investment vehicle for ARQ...so ADI subsidiary of ARQ....and you're right you might as well hold ARQ instead of punting separately on ADI...as you think too, less possible downside in ARQ...but just the way i see it and do it...not claiming to be a financial wizard...lol...
