FWIW I was using a sw package called Pro Trader from mob in WA for a while there (before I went from 'trading' to 'investing'). I liked it cos it was simple and worked by picking stock patters that you specify. Also had plenty of on going training which was good.
Last I heard though they were getting a bit expensive (for me) for their monthly data charges.
A google should find them.
(PS if anyone knows of any software that does as good or better at finding patterns, AT's, Darvas etc please let me know.)
