The Ponto Verde project shares a common lease boundary with Vales Fabrica mine, which has remaining reserves of 830 million t grading 45.5% iron [Fe]. Vale owns a considerable portion of the neighbouring land and could negotiate with SAFM in order to progress future projects.

Seems to me like an invitation to Vale.
