Now supporting the existing 4 directors?


We are in the process of having discussions with some Board members on a way forward in the best interests of the Company and expect to be in a position to make recommendations on how shareholders should vote at the AGM shortly. However, we can say that we now support the election of existing overseas directors Dr Peter Corr, Dr Terje Kalland and Dr Thomas Lonngren to the Board. We are pleased that Dr Goran Ando, who is not up for re-election this year, has decided to continue to serve as a Director of CBio.
