I spoke to KRM today re the April ball mill stoppage
and the progress of the fitment of the SAG mill and the
report is as follows:

(a) SAG Mill
-SAG Mill going through Indonesian Customs at present.
-Prep. work at mine done for installation
-SAG mill will cure sticky ore problem
-Plant should be at full throughput by end of June
-Plant works 24/7/365

(b) Ball Mills
- Teething problems Temporarly fixed
- Both mills back in production
- April downtime about 4 days rather than the expected
9 days
- Bearing lubrication problem rectified
- Permanent repairs will be done during installation
of SAG mill to minimise further downtime.

As mine progresses there will be less claylike substance in ore & more hard rock which is easier to process.

The new GM is very experienced in machinery & mine operations so there should no worry re recurring problems.

There's nothing fundamentally new that has not already been released in the company's ASX anns; only qualifying detail
