Tremeer by your post I doubt that Jukieoz ever had your support.

Glad to see Worzel has backed Jukieoz as it was him that led the action that forced Lynas to cancel the Forge deal.

We think that Nick Curtis has done an excellant job in the running of Lynas apart for one hiccup that has now been put to rest.

It is pleasing to see that Lynas has accepted in principal Resolution 1. Appointing an Independent Board member to the Lynas Board and it appears they have agreed with us on that.

Resolution 2. Is very simple in principal 95% of the ASX Top 100 companies have a Chairman & a CEO that are different board members and that comes under the ASX & ASIC Good Corporate Governance principals. All that we are asking that Lynas follow those principles. We do not want Nick Curtis to step down from the company but remain on the Lynas Board in either one of those Board positions but
not in dual Board roles.

Letters have been written to Liam Forde as the Lead Independent Director to request that the company observe Good Corporate Governance but he has rejected our request to have Nick Curtis relinquish one of those positions.In doing so would free up more of his time in running the company.

As retail shareholders we want what is best for the company & shareholders. It is unfortunate the market is in a global downward spiral but our actions have no bearing on that.
