    I reckon there will be a deal for SDV prior to AGM in May.
    Some sort of deal will eventuate to save the Directors arse, for re election.
    Don't think they are game enough to seek re election with nothing to show for and justifying their high remuneration (pretty much overpaid considering the MC of the company) for the last few years.
