i think it needs to be a shovel ready project/construction ready so possibly core is an option in the near term but there will be others in the coming 12-18months that would worth considering. I don’t think we are going to see a collapse anytime soon. If the supply/demand scenario plays out as most expect, including your mate Joe then I think it’s going to be a booming industry for many years to come. Plenty of consolidation and acquisitions to play out, exciting times if you ask me!
