Yes I have rang XPED and had that experience.
On the one hand it would make sense not having a receptionist so as to keep tight grip on costs....but....cough....BoD cash salaries throw that out the door.
Assume as nature of deals involved direct contacts probably not much telephone traffic would go through general office number other than shareholders. If that is wrong then you are right would be wise to be addressed.
