Foyt - That goes without saying, shareholders are always at the mercy of the boards/managements decisions. Shares, assets, cash... can all be disposed of and re-directed at a whim. At this point in time I can't see what would motivate management to dispose of these shares. I am also hoping that a link between BDG/PGI still exists, and that PGI (AAU) gets involved in the development of the Salave Gold Project (but I suspect that is now highly unlikely!)
