if I was a betting man, next quarter we will get local approval (zoning etc) which will trigger environmental approvals. Once that happens we will be valued like a true high grade 1Moz+ developer with growth potential to over 2Moz… can’t imagine this being anything less than 5x above current prices over the following months.
