    The Centaurus substantial holder notice has a few interesting fund names in there, including "Centaurus International Risk Arbitrage Fund" which makes me think they're looking for their "risk-free" profit (those last few cents to 1.80).

    Obviously the same detail is lacking from the UBS notice, but it would be great to think another bid will be forthcoming, given the size of the transaction and the discount on the assets. Whether this happens though ...
