i like the deal ,and as you said there will be no cash burn in that dept . and they will own 40% of a very progressive company and management
its a shame vti dont have other techs they could offshoot , as this could in itself become a very nice little asset and $$ earner . but with out the start up headaches
i guess i just diversified abit ::))
i have held vti for many yrs as a long term possition
