I think its pretty clear that it remains in ab1's hands for these reasons....

The game is a perfect fit to the restructure and new direction taken by the company explained in numerous announcements.

I can see no clear advantage during a major cost cutting exercise to launch a new game that is already sold.

I can't imagine any company boasting about earnings they are missing out on due to a major royal f#ckup on their part. It'd be quietly swept under the rug with a few royalties hidden in the next 4c.

If ICI had hold of it, they would've also made an announcement.
