Assuming all goes well, Centrica basically get 25% of Bowland for GBP100m + provide 60m for expenditure.
Cash to AJL is GBP10m now and further 15m after at least 2 years, so no real solution to AJL's debt problem.
AJL's effective interest reduces to 43%.
