My apology for the out burst of frustration regarding the cap rise after such positive news about farm-in. Thanks for the replies and very rational views.
I have to agree that these points are all valid. And not entirely a problem of the board itself.
IMO, the share price will probably hold higher on Monday because existing holders will hold and not sell (why sell at $1.20 to get back less amount of share (25% less) in the entitlement offer). Whereas new player will want to buy in to get the benefit of entitlement at $1.20 after Wed. And of course the huge upside with free carry with Caudrilla six well appraisal and the increase in GIP estimate announcement by BGS. After thinking about it Mr AC is a real smart operator. (but I could be wrong in all of these reasoning).
