I think it very likely the sale of Alleasing will go through. I am fairly sure that AHUG holders will vote yes. Given AFG's fragile state, the prospect of getting more than what is on offer (by relying on the Letter of Support) is almost zero.
However, what concerns me is the banks might look at the 65m going to AHUG holders and say "we want that" which presents the possiblity of the sale going through but without the return to AHUG holders.
