I don't see that. If AFG goes into administration then the only thing that would stop the sale would be the specific sale conditions (i.e. finance, AHUG holder agreement etc). Allco has extended their mezzanine finance so an administrator couldn't just call that in.
Even in the event of an alleasing administration, AFG creditors would be better off running off the business rather than selling it at the price that CHAMP is paying. Running off the business would leave cash for AHUG, albeit in a number of years time.
