Lets run with this (unpleasant) scenario:
- CHAMP fail to get finance
- AFG placed in receivership
- receiver calls in AFG loan to Alleasing
- Alleasing placed in liquidation
- Alleasing sold to one of the interested parties (CHAMP or whoever)
- AFG and senior lender take all the proceeds
- AHUG holders sue AFG over Letter of Support and are told to join the queue.
Ouch.
I hope that does not happen.
