    1st to drill lots of horizontal wells you need plenty of $$$ and secondly you need to submit drilling permits.

    Antares don't appear to be doing either right now.

    Falling oil price doesn't help neither does falling production, wonder how little we are producing now compared to all those targets Antares keeps talking about.
