I know it is a crap day on the market, but this is a joke. I cant help of thinking of the old expression that Nero is fiddling while Rome is burning.
Surely the market (shareholders)deserves some feedback of what is happening - even a simple 'talks are continuing' would surely help.
The one saving grace is that the sp is being traded down on tiny volume. The big players are not blinking.
I still think Lone Star are up to something. Im not sure why someone would offer to pay 300 million for a company whose shares are valued at 109 million? They might not get the lot at that price, but I would imagine a lot less than 300 mill
If someone offered me a dollar for mine - gorn!
