I agree with you, that this was already known to the managment long long before the told us, what´s going on.
BlueCrest had a lot more of information then we got.

For me it looks like a professional, well planned fraud.
And it´s not finished till now.
May be this was not their real intention in the beginning.

I would refuse permission of liquidating the company now.
After a certain time some people will buy it back for a
much cheaper price.

And Agri energy´s wonderfull future prospects in Europe ??? I spoke with a big competitor in Austria/Ennsdorf, which
really produces biodiesel. They didn´t know agri energy. After I started asking further questions,he remebered, that there was something...a parcel of land, bought from a foreign company..."but you can´t build up a fuelplant there, because a tank farm is very close to this land. You need a special approval from the local goverment, if you want to produce flammable things there. And it´s difficult to get it!" So far....

If they do the same things in Europe (delay tactis, hiding
information), and I believe the will, who will/would buy/ hold shares from them?
