If you look at the webpage the top 20 shareholders as of November 30th 07 actually had 140 million shares or about two thirds of the company....HSBC nominees have a huge whack and ANZ nominees...real heavyweights. They will be the ones to decide what is best for them.

The plant was stated to be worth 100 million and was sold for 100 million (42 million + 60 million debt) so I don't think it was sold for a song. A lot of biodiesel plants are going to the wall in the us atm and it is very hard to get credit.
