Looks like the business of VPG to be sold off. Damn, I was about to plough a load of cash in this company. SHoulda woulda coulda. Had the buy order in this morning read to hit submit when the trading halt placed.
Good luck to current shareholders, I think you should clean up as clearly the net asset value and share price is out of whack and you are likely to get offerred a whole lot more than the current $1.17.
