my 2 cents worth,

I have been thinking about the sale a bit more - and it may not be as good as it sounds - it is hard to tell but it may be that the asset was written down in the June 30 accounts (which we will get in a few weeks) and then it was sold for more than the written down value.

if this is the case it may not be such a good sale etc - and NTA may come under some pressure
