There has not been any announcements from CO2 since 4 march 2020 in the annual report, and no comment on the intended sale which seems to have not proceeded. Maybe due the financial collapse at the start of Covid 19, but it appears to still be trading, last yr showed just under $7mill revenue with a bottom line of a loss of$353,000 +
and this could be tidying up the books. Looks like we need to wait untill next month for the latest years AGM for some information.
I dont believe it is swept under the carpet as yet due to the vested interest of the 5 Directors who collectivly held
493,568,970 shares, surly this alone is motivation to secure a return which should benifit all holders.
