sale of de wildt for $usd12million

    On the 22nd Feb 2008 Nkwe announced that they are selling the De Wildt tenements for $USD12million to Xstrata.

    There has been follow up announcements where Nkwe were expecting the $USD12million to hit the bank account but I do not recall that this money is in Nkwe bank account.

    Does anyone know if this issue has been resolved?

    If Xstrata has paid up then I can see that the JV bigger picture is on. If Xstrata has not paid the $USD12million for De Wildt then I am assuming that they have walked away. If Xstrata has walked away from the De Wildt purchase then the JV does not look as rosy.

    If anyone has any news on this would be great.
