SW, I think you are right when you say they have indicated a price (be it higher than the market likes) but its basically a take-it or leave-it kind of position.
You could think that they are over pricing themselves and will just fade away or you could feel that the management are clear in there minds what they want and wont sell short.
Their arrogance/confidence will be judged over time but all it takes is one big pay day!!!
