Apart from Mali presumably insisting upon it and LLL’s declared position that they don’t feel we have a commercial choice without lengthy litigation, has anyone explained the legal grounds for LLL paying CGT to Mali for changes of ownership of a Dutch company?
LMSA continues to own the licence.
