sale of grieve, page-2

Every asset has a price, for the right price Grieve should be up for sale. I certainly would not want to see a fire sale but a company making transaction different story.

Sometimes you will only see true value through the sale of an asset, as quite often the market will apply a significant discount. EG SSN sold 1/2 of 1 asset for 2x the market cap.

Curently the market (I suspect) has only attributed around $10mil to Grieve. The NPV is around $300mil. Question is which will ge us closest to NPV, the sharemarket or the sale of the asset?????
