I had a DCF on WPG of $2.38 on Peculiar Knob and Hawkes Nest assuming a $132/tonne price for their DSO. The discount rate was 10%. This deal removes all of the forward pricing risk that shareholders were exposed to over the next 10 years. With the likelihood of a global recession in the next 12-18months increasing I think that this will be seen as a good deal for WPG shareholders in the months ahead.
