Henderson has sold a further 44,049 of Kalahari Minerals shares which were subject to non-binding letters of intent following the recommended cash offer by Taurus Mineral.
Henderson previously sold 466,317 Kalahari shares on 19 December and 508,244 shares on 21 December.
The non-binding letters of intent now apply to an aggregate 8,820,473 Kalahari shares - 3.5% of the issued share capital.
