joker, this first bid is nothing but a 'teaser' to see how many shares they can mop up at a ridiculous offer. When the bid period expires, expect to see a new bid at a higher amount - this process will go on until they get the shares. For the Chinese it is not a question of wanting this resource, it is a desperate NEED of theirs to get a resource such as Extract. Without a guaranteed supply of uranium, their nuclear aspirations are just that, aspirations.
