    Lucapa is entitled to recover 100% of their cost's from sales once a mining licence has been issued...
    As stated in this latest announcement,, due to there being no licence A SPECIAL AGREEMENT has been struck where by the diamonds will be offered for sale AND THE PROCEED'S SHARED between Endiama and LOM..
    So....My guess is that we will be lucky to get 40%
