Hi Tallenay et all,

Now that I am back from a short stint in the sin bin, and I can assure you all that it is something that I am not proud of, I can put my two bob's worth in too.

I can tell you that I am one of the top 20 shareholders too and I am not a very happy camper either and I have told the company that.

I was told that I should wait for the Independent report to see that "We have been made an excellent offer and a lot better that what we have hoped for. Hence why we took it"

My reply to that was, that I do not trust the Independent's report because past experience show that the reports are prepared only under the instructions and terms layed out by the Company that engages them, and the information they have been given/supplied. SO ???????

What is very intriguing to me and need answers, is the fact that Richards has stated so many good things about the Maitland project in the past, (also told me over the phone not so long ago that we were going to mine, and for the time being ship/truck the ore to Kagara), only to say now that the project is worthless and that it is not worth as much as we have been paid for ????????????

When I mentioned to this person I was talking to over the phone the other day, that Kagara was not stupid and would not pay for something that wasn't worth much, he didn't say anything.
DO YOU MEAN TO SAY THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF KAGARA ARE ALL STUPID AND WE ARE THE SMART ONES, I SAID ????

There were other thing he made a mention of, and I am not at liberty to say it here because I do not know the full legality and implications of it all, but I wasn't very impressed and my replies to him made my intentions very clear.

So, Tallenay, I have to agree 100% with your comments, that we have been ripped off in a big way, and that we haven't been given any relevant information.

ASIC should be notified, and it should look at what has happened hear.

In the meantime we should tell the company of our intentions.

I will vote no for the sale.
