I did make the mistake of misquoting the certainty of this transition which is my bad I had read the article on the 8th and couldn't find it at the time of posting.

Either way the previous delays in the government where due to the coup happening days before that article. I highly doubt government agencies are not propey operating by now. If the coup leaders follow through with the civilian transition this month that will be the other nail in the coffin of this threads argument.
