CFE aquired DMC for 32m according to this valuation on the CFE website. It however already had 36.2% share of DMC which puts its value prior to CFE acquisition at about $47m. With the sale being $83m + royalities... well you can do the math
Those same valuation reports estimated Mayoko to be at roughly $110m (mid range est) which will be achieved in roughly 3yrs with the rail running at capacity
