Surprising - still no announcement from Strata and no response to my email.

I believe that it is a share exchange based on a transaction value of C$0.10 per geomaque share.

The consideration is 80,960,000 shares in GEO but the problem is that GEO is trading at C$0.06 - probably due to share dilution. So 40% value lost already.

It still makes STT worth more than 2 cents but I get the feeling that nothing will happen until the POG rises substantially
