The market is saying exactly that when the SP hit 65.5c then retreat..
A little disappointed seeing the sell price of 25% Langer Heinrich to China National Nuclear Corporation for only US$190m. This implied the mine only worth US$760mil... much less than the book value of US$900mil. I thought the US $200mil advanced contract payment from France Nuclear was a much better deal.
The market does not like the 6 months delay for China government approval condition. The Sundance experience could repeat all over again....
"Completion is subject only to certain Chinese regulatory approvals (including the National Development and Reform Commission), which are expected to be obtained by mid-2014, and routine consents for the transaction from Paladin’s project financiers and the Bank of Namibia"
