    This is great news - unconditional offer and a net increase in cash position of 1.8 million - what we were waiting for. Nonstrategic asset disposed of! Strategic holdings in assets in Africa and Germany still on the books. Anyone have an update on EMS' current Berlin Pharma holding value?
