Found at the bottom of page 5 of the Quarterly Activities report;
"Interest in Acquiring the PSP The Company has previously reported a party expressing interested in acquiring the PSP (see ASX, Shareholder Update, 15 August 2018). The party continues to undertake due diligence and the process remains ongoing. No assurance can be given that any transaction will be completed."
They have certainly kept this under their hat!. This sent me scurrying back to the August 15th 2018 Shareholder Update where I finally found the following statement;
"Significant interest is being generated by the Company’s advanced activities at Owendale. A number of approaches have been made expressing interest in the Owendale asset and/or off-take agreements."
Mind you August 2018 was pre the Owendale DFS release when the share price was around 9 c. Perhaps this is how they plan to fund the Blue Moon adventure? I don't know about the rest of you but as I am in PGM for the scandium exposure I would have even less reason to continue holding...
